Working from home at The Chapel
A small business can have a huge financial advantage working from home as this is possible without paying rent (obviously) but also without planning permission or business rates, depending on environmental impact, see links below. So for instance the old school room in the basement has been used for about 20 years as a one man wood workshop but fully equipped with machines and 3 phase electricity. It makes little environmental impact as the walls are thick and little noise escapes.

There is enormous scope for other business uses for the Chapel, with or without planning permission depending on the environmental impact.
